Ooredoo Woman

I went to an Ooredoo mobile service provider store to get a duplicate sim. I rested on the sofa impatiently waiting for my number to be called because the bandage on my foot was coming out .Also, my mobile was off and I had no other distraction but to look around the store .
I overheard an Ooredoo woman staff talking out loud to a customer. I was surprised to listen to her compassion and empathy towards the customer. She caught my attention when she said to the Indian man who had come to cancel his postpaid connection, “My name is there in the bill. Any issue ,ask them to contact me .You don’t worry , you will have no issues at the airport.” After the man thanked her, she said, “ I will see you soon back here in Oman. You will come to Oman soon”. “ God bless you, Don’t worry “.
I could clearly see the Man was moved by those words because he said ”thank you Mam. Hopefully! “and he had a happy smile when he left the store.
I wanted her to attend me but I got called by another staff. But the Ooredoo woman noticed my bandage on my leg and asked me what happened. Then she shared her story of how lucky she was when she fell from the chair and had no injuries. Then as I was leaving, she spoke out loud saying ”take care of your leg. It’s weekend, so take rest and enjoy .You will be fine soon”. It was evident that she was doing this not because it was her responsibility, because she was a genuine kind soul.
WOW!!!! who does this in customer service?. Ooredoo woman not only loves her job, she really goes to the next level of bringing warmth and positivity in a person.
Meeting such souls reminds us ,what kind gestures and good words can create in us.
I learned a few things from her and if you have got your share of wisdom too,
